Elizabeth Thompson - Bio

Elizabeth Thompson is representing Fort Knox Devers Boys & Girls Club as their Youth of the Year. Elizabeth is a 17 year old Senior who one day hopes to become a Labor and Delivery Nurse. Next year she plans on attending the University of Louisville. She has been involved in Boys & Girls Club programs since she was 7 years old. She and a friend were responsible for starting Fort Knox's first ever Glee Club. She also participated in the Youth Leadership Forum which is a conference were youth gather to discuss their main issues and concerns.  They then presented their findings to the Garrison Commander.   Elizabeth is also involved in Youth Council, Youth Sponsorship, and Keystone. At school, she earned the position of Field Commander for the high school Marching Band, was President of the Literature Club, and was named Miss Fort Knox High School.
